3. Booking and Payments
All bookings made through Trip Culture are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice until payment is completed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Any fees associated with payment processing or currency conversion are your responsibility.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific trip, accommodation, or service booked. Please review the cancellation terms for each booking before confirming.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in your booking confirmation.
Trip Culture reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. Travel Documents and Insurance
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certifications required for your destination.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. Trip Culture is not liable for any losses not covered by insurance.
6. User Conduct
When using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. You shall not use Trip Culture to engage in any illegal activities, harassment, or behavior that disrupts other users' experiences.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trip Culture acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. While we strive to provide accurate information, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Trip Culture website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Trip Culture or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
